The Water Utility provides clean, safe, and sustainable water to more than 50,000 connections in north and south Stockton. Properties in central Stockton receive water services from California Water Service. Find out the water service provider for specific City addresses visiting About My Address.
The Wastewater (Sewer) Utility collects and conveys wastewater from properties within the City, special districts outside the City, and certain areas within San Joaquin County to the Regional Wastewater Control Facility (RWCF) to protect public health.
The Stormwater Utility maintains pump stations, pipelines, and drain inlets that collect and route runoff water from the streets and gutters to our local rivers, creeks, and sloughs to prevent flooding, and protect Stockton's streams and shorelines.
