Stockton Municipal Code Gets a New Look!

The recodification of the Stockton Municipal Code has been completed, and was adopted by City Council on June 02, 2009. The newly adopted code went into effect on July 02, 2009.

If you have been using a hard copy of the code prior to this, you will need to start using the new format as the numbering scheme has changed.

The new code now also includes the City Charter as well as the Civil Service Rules & Regulations.
