Please call your service provider's Customer Service Center if you have any questions regarding your service.

Citizens are not required to put each cart out for pick up every week. If your recycling or green waste/food waste cart is not full, and you have enough remaining room to take you through the next week, you may chose not to put those cart(s) out for pick up.

The three foot separation between containers is not a City code requirement. However, the garbage company must be able to collect your containers with fully automated trash trucks (the kind that have a mechanical collection arm).

In addition, citizens are not required to put each cart out for pick up every week. If your recycling or green waste/food waste cart is not full, and you have enough remaining room to take you through the next week, you may chose not to put the cart(s) out for pick up.

Residents may contact their service provider for further assistance if necessary.
