you will find a a list of frequently asked questions which are
general in nature regarding the City's waste collection system.
Please call your service provider's Customer Service Center if you have any questions regarding your service.

You may contact your service provider - either Allied Waste (466-3604) or Waste Management (946-5711) - to increase or decrease the size of your trash or recycling carts.
Both carts are available in the 30-, 60- or 90-gallon sizes. Remember, if you change the size of your trash cart, your cost per month will be affected. See how - click here.

Billing
questions should be directed to your water service provider
- either the City of Stockton (937-8295) or
California Water Service (466-8971.

Service
requests (such as missed pick ups) should be directed
to your service provider - either Allied Waste (466-3604) or Waste Management (946-5711).

The
recycling cart is a 60-gallon wheeled cart.
The
green waste/food waste cart is a 90-gallon wheeled cart
Depending
on what size trash cart you chose, service will be provided
in 30-, 60 or 90-gallon wheeled carts.

All
three carts will be picked up on the same day; however, not
necessarily at the same time. Each cart will be serviced by
a different truck so actual service times may vary.
