Information for Vendors

All organizations, schools or individuals doing environmental activities and/or projects are encouraged to share them with the community at this year’s Earth Day Festival as a vendor.

Planning has begun for Stockton's 19th Annual Earth Day Festival, Sunday, April 22, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Victory Park, behind the Haggin Museum (Pershing at Argonne). Coordinated between the City of Stockton Solid Waste and Recycling Division, the Peace & Justice Network, San Joaquin County Public Works Department, and, the University of the Pacific, the Festival continues to draw a larger and more diverse crowd each year, and provides an enjoyable way for the community to learn more about protecting our environment.

Whether you have educational information to share, crafts to sell, school programs to demonstrate, etc., we need to have a completed vendor application. Fill our the application and deliver it to the address indicated, with your deposit, to reserve your booth.

Food vendors will also need to provide proof of insurance. Fees for booths remain the same as in past years:

  • Business sponsor/Food booths: $100
  • For-profit booth: $50
  • Not-for profit booth: $25
  • School display: Free

Information for Volunteers

We're always looking for volunteers! In fact, volunteers are the backbone of this event. If you, a group of friends, your school or church organization would like to volunteer before, during and after the Festival, we can use a helping hand!

Check out the volunteer information flyer to find a task that suits you. You can also contact Susan Mora Loyko, Asst. Solid Waste Manager, at (209) 937-8389 or send her an email.
