Pixie Woods Children's Playland

Pixie Woods is located at Louis Park, west of the intersection of Occidental and Shimizu. Directions: Take Monte Diablo exit and go west to Occidental, turn left at Shimizu.  Parking lot is on the right. 
Look for the rainbow gates!

Christmas in July
It’s Christmas in July at Pixie Woods fairyland park Sunday, July 26. The holiday event includes treats and prizes and a visit with Santa at 2 p.m. Admission is $3.50 for ages 2-12 and $4 for ages 13 and up. The children’s fairyland is located off Monte Diablo Avenue at Louis Park. Regular summer operating hours are Thursdays through Sundays and holidays from 12 to 5 p.m.

Friendship Day at Pixie Woods
Sunday, August 2 is Friendship Day and what better way to celebrate than a trip tp Pixie Woods? Admission is one free with each paid admission for all friends who enter the rainbow gates together. Regular admission is $3.50 for kids and $4 for adults. The children’s fairyland is located off Monte Diablo Avenue at Louis Park. Regular summer operating hours are Thursdays through Sundays and holidays from 12. until 5 p.m.

Halloween Party
Pixie Woods will host its final party of the 2009 children’s playland season with a Halloween celebration, Sunday, October 25 from 12 to 5 p.m. Admission to Pixie Woods is free on this date for children ages 10 and under who arrive in costume. Regular admission to the park is $3.50 for ages 2-12 and $4 for ages 13 and up. Throughout the party, candy and prizes will be offered to young trick or treaters. For the young at heart, there are a variety of places to explore and play, as well as the Pixie Express train, the Pixie Queen paddlewheel steamer and merry, vintage carousel. Rides are $2 each or three rides for $5. An unlimited ride day pass is available for $8 per person. Pixie Woods fall hours are Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 12 to 5 p.m. The park closes for the winter Monday, October 26.
