Birthday Parties at Pixie Woods!

Birthday Party Reservations:
Reservations are invited in person at the Parks and Recreation
Department, 6 East Lindsay Street, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through
Friday. Payment must be received at the
time of reservation, when you will receive a party confirmation
form. |
Birthday Party Package:
A minimum fee of $80 includes the following for up to 12 people (includes birthday child, children or adults):
- Pixie Woods Birthday Party t-shirt for birthday honoree
- Individual ice cream cups
- Beverage and cups
- Picnic
tableware (tablecloth, napkins, plates and spoons)
- Balloons
- Admission to Pixie Woods for 12 people
- 12 party invitations
- 12 birthday thank you notes
Please add $6 per person for additional guests having refreshments; admission is $3.75 for adult guests not having refreshments (maximum of 24 people total).
Birthday Party Food packages
Special prices are available on nachos, hot dogs and chips and pizza through the Yum Yum House for your birthday party. Please call concessionaire Debra Stiles for information at (209) 598-7612. |

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your party by contacting the Parks and Recreation Office two weeks prior to your scheduled party date.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are made only if the party is canceled through the department office at least two weeks prior to the scheduled party date.
