The Topping-Out Ceremony for the Waterfront Arena took place on March 30, 2005, in the lot just west of the new ballpark.

City Manager Mark Lewis served as Master of Ceremonies.
Mayor Edward Chavez congratulated everyone on their efforts.	Vice Mayor Giovanetti addresses the crowd.
