Stockton
Community Services promotes a safe, fun and friendly environment
in its youth sports leagues by offering family-oriented leagues, events, camps and clinics
that are staffed by trained officials at playgrounds, schools
and community centers. Most youth recreational leagues are 'fun'petitive,
rather than competitive, so that young athletes enjoy learning the game in a positive environment.
