Picnic Reservations at City of Stockton Parks

Photo of Picnic at Victory Park. Due to the popularity of park picnics and use, we are unable to accept application by telephone. Reservation must be made in person at the Community Services Department Office, 6 East Lindsay Street (at the corner of Lindsay and Center Street). Established events have priority to apply one year in advance.

All facilities are reserved on a first come, first served basis as of date the application is received and completed. No facility will be placed on "hold" pending receipt of application without the approval of the Director of Community Services.

Application for Use of City Property
  1. Apply in person at the department office only (6 East Lindsay Street, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

  2. Pay the processing fee, or a deposit if required.

  3. The reservations clerk processes the application form. Larger events are processed in cooperation with the Police Department (approval of amplified music, security, etc.), and the Risk Department for additional insurance requirements.
