The
City of Stockton operates
public pools at Oak and
Victory Parks from May through August.
In addition to recreational swimming, Stockton Parks and Recreation offers swimming lessons, a Junior Lifeguard program, lap swimming,
birthday parties and competitive swim teams during
the summer season.
Thanks to great partnerships within the community, Sousa Park
Pool has been operated by the Boys and Girls Club of Stockton (466-1264).

Public Responsibility Request
City of Stockton strives daily to provide top quality customer service and ensure public safety at all times of all patrons using the city run public swimming pools. In order to keep our swimming pools as safe as possible we encourage participants using any city facility to use the restroom before entering the pool, shower off before entering the pool, not allowing anyone one in your family who is sick or has diarrhea to use the swimming pool. The best precaution to ensuring safety for all patrons is personal overall good hygiene.
Public safety issues such as but not limited to fecal accidents, regurgitation or lightning are unforseen and uncontrolled circumstances therefore make up swim lesson classes, birthday parties or public swim are not rescheduled or refunded. |
