Youth Synchronized Swimming

Synchronized swimming is a unique aquatic sport that develops swimming ability, flexibility, strength, breathing control, grace and beauty in the water. Participants must bee capable of performing crawl stroke, sidestroke, back crawl and breast stroke. Prerequisite: Level IV swimming ability.

Baton Twirling Classes


Baton Twirling

Beginner through intermediate levels, ages 5 and up. Baton is a great way to develop balance, hand-eye coordination and build teamwork skills! Instructor Ms. Deanna has batons.

Just4Kicks SOCCER

Martial Arts Classes


Judo

Judo is a dynamic sport that demands both physical and mental discipline. Participants learn discipline, self-respect and confidence, as well as self-defense. The Stockton Judo Club teaches ages 8 to adults at all skill levels. U.S. Judo Association registration and purchase of judo gi are required. Please call 462-5259 for information before registering.

Introduction to Taekwondo

The goal of this class is to help students become better people through martial arts. For children, this means becoming a better student, son or daughter by learning courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, indomitable spirit and winning positive attitude. Through routine exercises, students are able to improve their motor skills and flexibility. Class meets three times a week. Course cannot be repeated. Instructors: Juancho and Mercedes Forlanda.

Cardio Workout at Oak Park Tennis

Join this fun, instructor-led class for a high energy workout open to tennis players and non-tennis players alike. This class will have you movin’ to music with non-stop action and a total body fitness workout. Some tennis drills are used, but no previous tennis experience is necessary to join this workout class. Heart rate will be monitored. Warm up, cardio workout & cool down included.

Salsa Aerobics

Salsa Aerobics is a great way to get your heart pumping and your body grooving. Have fun, burn fat and look better while you learn great salsa moves presented with a wealth of style and technique. Beginning patterns, all levels. Bring a hand towel and bottle of water. Dress comfortably, wear tennis shoes and be prepared to sweat.

Pilates

Adult students learn practical Pilates techniques to build a stronger core and tone the deep muscles of the body. Students learn different exercises by given knowledge of the proper and basic fundamentals of a movement with modification and progressions for all levels.
