Cheer Pom and Dance Team

By Central Valley Pom and Dance. This is a fun way for children to receive dance technique lessons and perform at Stockton sporting and community events. Participants will also compete at local Pom/Dance competition. Payment includes practice sessions and competition fees. Practice times are by age group. Practice attire: workout clothes and tennis shoes (no leotards or tights). Pom poms are provided during practice. Performance attire: cheer/dance uniforms are provided for performances and must be returned.

Learn to Sail

Basic (beginner) keelboat sailing lesson. This two-day workshop inludes basic theory, chalk talks and time on the water.  Class meets daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (bring a lunch for noon break). Time on the water can run longer or shorter depending on wind conditions. Choose a weekend and register early; space is limited.

Introduction to Skateboarding

Lessons for beginner through intermediate skaters from Eric Torres of Slip Skate Shop. Helmet, knee and elbow pads, and durable skateboard are required. Parent must register minor student.

Get Crafty!

So you think you're not crafty?  We'll help! Impress your friends and family (even yourself) with one-of-a-kind scrapbook pages and other paper crafting projects. For kids and adults, ages 10 and up. All materials needed for the class will be provided by instructor.
