Class Registration

Print the registration form (Adobe Acrobat pdf) and bring or mail (with check made payable to the City of Stockton) to:

Stockton Community Services, 6 E. Lindsay Street, Stockton, CA 95202.
(Open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.to 12 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m.)

• No telephone registrations are accepted.

• Adult classes are general for ages 16 years and over. Specific age requirements, if present, are stated in the class description.

• Refund request must be made two weeks before the first class begins. Cancellation fee is $7.25. There are no refunds after the first class.

• Include class title and start date when registering.
• Registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis.
• Fees and class schedule are subject to change without notice.
• Classes not receiving the minimum number of students are subject to cancellation.
