Overview
The City of Stockton’s Municipal Utilities Department has developed a new Water Conservation Program designed to Save Water for Stockton’s Future. The program offers rebates to residential, business and industrial customers within the MUD service area. Rebates range from $100 to $400 on water-efficient technology such as new sprinkler timers for watering your lawn, or new toilets and washing machines that use less water—and less energy. Using less translates to MORE water for Stockton’s future needs, and more savings for utility customers!
The Water Conservation Program is a collaborative effort that will grow with community participation. On an individual level, we can all conserve water in many ways throughout our daily activities. We can also be mindful at work, and with businesses and community organizations we interact with. This site will provide continuous updates on conservation tips, savings, rebates, and community activities that anyone can get involved in.
