Waiver Form

All volunteers must complete the waiver form to participate in the CA Coastal Cleanup Day event. Anyone under 18 must also provide the signature of a parent or guardian in order to participate. Volunteers may download the waiver form in English or Spanish and bring the signed copy to their cleanup site on the day of the cleanup.

Last Year's Site Locations  (2007 Sites may vary)
1.

Calaveras River - UOP                                

Take Pershing north to Brookside Rd.  Go right on the small road between the UOP tennis courts and the Mormon Church.

2.

Calaveras River - El Dorado to West Ln      

Take El Dorado north.  Go right (east) on Ingram to the end of the street.

3.

Walker Slough                                            

Take Downing Av and turn left (north) onto Turnpike Rd to the slough.

4.

Mokelumne River                                        

Lodi Lake entrance on Turner Road

5.

Mormon Slough at Oro Av Bridge               

Take Main Street east to Oro Av, turn right on Oro to Mormon Slough.

6.

Mosher Slough at Kelley Drive                   

Take I-5 north to Hammer Ln (right) to Kelly Drive (left) on to Mosher Slough.

7.

San Joaquin River on March Ln                

(south of Buckley Cove)

Take March Ln west into Brookside, past Riverbrook Dr.  Turn right on the levee road just before Ladd's Stockton Marina and Buckley Cove.

8.

Hog Island                                                  

By boat, located off Fourteen Mile Slough.

9.

Burns Cut                                                   

Take Woodsbro Road off of Highway 4

Duck Creek

South Airport Way to Duck Creek, along creek between Airport Way and B Street.
