Among its notable features are an ornate espadana roof line, a stucco construction typical of its style, and paris of multi-paned, double-hung, sash windows. Decorative molding with tiled patterns add greatly to this impressive architectural marvel. |

The George McLeod Apartments were constructed in 1912, and are a representation of a Colonial Revival Craftsman style. It has a hipped roof with a north-south crest and boxed eaves, as well as dormers with louvres. The second floor has a porch and two doors with sixteen panes of glass each. These are flanked by Palladian windows, both upstairs and downstairs. |
