1230 N. Sutter Street
This Queen Anne style home has a steeped gabled roof with a tall corbelled chimney and boxed eaves. A second story bay window faces the street, and the angled porch has a cone-shaped roof and neoclassic columns. The front door is multi paned with newer brick railing and steps leading up to the front porch.

1222 N. Sutter Street
This private residence is a prime example of the popular late 1800's Queen Anne style. This one-story structure has a gamblet roof with boxed eaves and a vent. A gable with lights is over an angled bay window, and flushboard siding covers the walls. Wooden steps and railings lead to the porch with turned posts and decorative trim, while lush trees, bushes, shrubs, and other foliage add to the beauty of this historic site.

1231 N. Sutter Street
This is a Craftsman style private residence, constructed in 1905. It is a two-story brick structure with a hipped roof. Its arched windows have a diamond design in the upper sashes. Concrete steps and rails lead tot eh porch, which has a hipped cover.

1123 N. Sutter Street
This one-story bungalow was constructed in 1909 as a private residence. It has a hipped roof with a gabled projection covering the porch. The gable has a bargeboard, brackets, and a vent. It is supported by turned posts.
