Homes in Midtown Stockton - East Acacia Street
 326-330 E. Acacia Street |
This two story Greek Revival apartment is a classic example of its style. Its features include three frontal gables with pediments, a low-pitched hip roof with purlins and modillins, and a decorative window box under a modified palladian double-hung window. |
 345 E. Acacia Street |
This Moderne style, two-story, four apartment building is a one-of-a-kind for Stockton. It has straight lines, a flat roof without gables or eaves, and four glass brick sections on each floor of the structure. A rounded balcony with iron railings sits above the front entrance, and the roof of each garage acts as a sundeck. |
 424 E. Acacia Street |
| This one-story home is a classic Neo-Classical Bungalow. It has a hipped roof with a hipped dormer, extended eaves, and exposed rafters. Wooden steps and rails lead to the porch which has turned posts and a newer flower box, which is the only apparent alteration. The craftsman style bungalow was constructed in 1917, and possesses extended eaves and large brackets, in addition to a recessed porch with double and triple tapered posts. The windows have multi paned upper sashes, and there is a gambrel style garage in the rear. |
