Officer Hernandez joined the Stockton Police Department in 2004. His assignments included Patrol, Field Training Officer, Gang Street Enforcement Team, and Community Police Officer. He is a member of the Mobile Field Force Team and currently assigned as a Recruiter and Training Coordinator in the Personnel & Training Division.
Officer Thurlow joined the Stockton Police Department in 2003. His assignments have included Patrol, Field Training Officer, Community Police Officer, and San Joaquin Regional Transit District Police Officer. He is currently a member of the Mobile Field Force Team and assigned to the Personnel & Training Division.
Officer Zaragoza joined the Stockton Police Department in 1992. Her assignments included Patrol, Bicycle Patrol and Field Training Officer. She is a certified Range Master and a member of the Critical Incident Investigation Team. She is the coordinator of the Stockton Crime Stoppers and oversees the Graffiti Hotline. She is currently a Recruiter and Background Investigator in the Personnel & Training section.
