The Permit Center is going to paperless plan submission. As of March 2021, plans must be submitted electronically by email, online, or in person at the Permit Center counter. If coming to the counter, plans should be brought in on a USB flash drive or CD. With the electronic plan program, customers can save on printing costs and easily check plan status online at any time. Learn more on the Building Permit Plan Check page.
Apply for a variety of OTC Building Permits online. Learn more about the Citizen Access Permit Portal.
Building applications can be downloaded, completed, signed, and returned to firstname.lastname@example.org. Permit Center Technicians will review and reply to emails received.
