Waste Haulers

Special permits are required for waste haulers.  

Required applications are:

• Special Application / Wastewater Discharge Permit (Parts A & B)
• Wastewater Permit Application  (Parts A through F)
• Septic Tank Truck Permit Application
• Septic Tank Truck Permit Insurance Requirements
