The Risk Services Division reviews all Certificates of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsements for all contracts of the City of Stockton.  These may include:

• Agreements or Contracts with the City
• Encroachment or Revocable Permit
• Street Closure Permits
• Block party or Specific Events permit
• Use of City Facilities
