Open Enrollment - Full Time

Open Enrollment for City employees occurs mid-April through May of every year and changes are made consistent with the City's fiscal year. Changes submitted will become effective, July 1, which is the first day of the fiscal year. 

During the Open Enrollment period, all full-time employees are required to submit a Health Insurance Enrollment/Change Form.
