Open Enrollment - Full Time

Open Enrollment for City employees will occur May 7 through May 31, 2018. Changes submitted become effective July 1, the first day of the fiscal year. If you are making changes to your benefit elections, you need to access the Benefits portal and go through the enrollment process. 

Employees will enroll or waive benefits using the dedicated City of Stockton portal: stocktonbenefits.connectedhealth.com

 

You will need to set-up an account on the benefits web portal using your:

  • Email address
  • City of Stockton Employer ID number (Stockton)
  • City of Stockton Employee ID number (found on your paycheck stub)
  • Birthdate 
  • Social Security number (last four digits)
