Youth Sports

The Community Services Department offers safe, fun, and friendly youth sports programs at schools, playgrounds, and community centers. We provide recreational, rather than competitive, programs for our youth so they learn to participate in group sports in a positive environment.

Volunteer Coach Today

Are you or a family member over the age of 16 interested in coaching?

Almost all the leagues (minus tennis) depend on motivated, volunteer parent coaches.

Please contact Youth Sports for more information about how to become a volunteer coach.

  • Most volunteer coaches receive 25% credit.
  • All volunteer coaches must be fingerprinted by the City; apply at least 30 days before the league begins.
