City event specialists, will assist you with the rental process and provide you with detailed information about any additional requirements, as well as various other resources that will help make your event successful.
A refundable cleaning deposit must accompany a completed application to be considered. Deposit amount depends on the size and nature of the event, if you are interested in reserving a date for a special occasions, please fill out the following forms below.

The Community Services Department reserves the right to secure any date for a City-sponsored program or event, as well as to close any facility, at any time, for maintenance purposes.
