Community Services Department 

The Community Services Department (located in Cesar Chavez Library) offers life-enriching programs, classes, and events at neighborhood and community parks, event facilities, golf courses, tennis centers, pool facilities, and recreation centers.

Services offered at the Cesar Chavez Central Library include:

  • boat passes,
  • fingerprint appointments,
  • picnic rentals,
  • Pixie Woods field trips, and
  • program registrations.

Movies at the Point

Enjoy a summer evening with family and friends watching "Monsters University," part of the Movies at the Point series.  This next movie in the series is scheduled for Friday, September 12, 2014.   

Bring a blanket, lawn chair, snacks, and enjoy a FREE movie under the beautiful Delta stars! Gates open at 6:30 pm, movies start at dusk!   Please visit our site for more information and upcoming films.


Fun for Fall Break 

The Arnold Rue Community is offering a Fall Day Camp for children ages 5-12 a place to learn, play, and have fun during Fall 2014 school break (Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)  The children can experience the rock climbing wall, story telling, arts and crafts, library, and sports time.
