Water Information

The City of Stockton provides water service to approximately half of the residences and businesses in the City.  All fees and charges are set based on the cost of maintaining, improving and repairing the water systems. 

Reporting Problems

City of Stockton customers can contact Utility Billing Customer Service during regular business hours to report any leaks at the meter or other service problems. 

After Hours Emergency Reporting

After hours emergencies should be reported to After Hours Utility Emergencies.
