Utility Billing

The City of Stockton Utility Billing Customer Service Center is available to answer all of your questions and fulfill your needs regarding your water, sewer, storm water and garbage collection bills. Our customer service staff open and close utility accounts, issue monthly utility bills, provide explanations of billed charges of services, collect and process payments.

Service Area

Water services in the Stockton area are primarily provided by the City of Stockton and California Water Service Company (Cal Water).  To verify your water service provider, enter your service address on our About Your Address page.
