Background
The Development Oversight Commission was formed in September 2009 and provides a forum that enables building industry representatives, public members and City staff to introduce, discuss and provide comments on the City's development services functions, operations and processing fee programs. Functions of the Development Oversight Commission will include reviewing and making recommendations regarding the transfers of money from restricted development related fee accounts.
