Fire Department Permits

The Fire Prevention Division assists contractors and business owners in obtaining proper fire department permits as required by the California Fire Code. On this page you will find the link to the fee schedule reflecting permit inspection fees for the City of Stockton. Fire permit inspections are conducted on an annual basis or upon change of ownership or location.
