Function
of the Commission:
The Equal Employment Commission is responsible
for monitoring the implementation of the Equal Employment
Plan and advising the City Council of the City's
progress in this area. The Commission will:
- Review
the Equal Employment Plan, and recommend
revisions or additions to the City Council
as necessary.
- Monitor
the City's employment pattern by reviewing
personnel related data.
- Hold
quarterly Equal Employment Commission meetings
and perform other related duties and function.
- Present
an annual status report to the City Council
on the City's progress regarding implementation
of the Equal Employment Plan.
