Function:

To provide a forum that enables the public and City staff to introduce, discuss and provide comments regarding City development, building and processing fee programs, and development services functions.
Will include reviewing the transfers of money from restricted fee accounts and producing the annual Develpment Oversight Committee report.
Make recommendations to the development services department with the goal of streamlining process time, improving quaility of service and increasing efficiencies related to development.
