Lincoln Village West Town Hall Meetings
Contact: Florence Low, florence.low@ci.stockton.ca.us, (209) 937-8279
About the Neighborhood
Lincoln Village West is bordered by Five-Mile Slough to the North, Fourteen Mile-Slough
to the West & South, and I-5 to the East. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by water in a huge circle, with the exception of I-5.
The Lincoln Village West Town Hall meetings began as the result of traffic and
crime concerns voiced by the residents. They continue to provide information
to the residents about City of Stockton departments, and to address residents'
issues and concerns. The quarterly meetings offer residents an opportunity to
talk with Councilmember Leslie Martin (City Council District 3) and City of Stockton
staff.
