on Channel 97, the Stockton City Government channel.
All of the programming is produced, written and edited by City of Stockton
employees, and volunteers from community organizations.
The studio is located in the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium. In December,
2000 a new set was constructed by the City's maintenance crew.
