Business License Fees for
Wholesale and Newspaper Publication

Section 6-031 of the Stockton Municipal Code generally covers every person conducting or carrying on the business consisting of newspaper publication or selling, handling and storing at wholesale any goods, wares and merchandise or commodities at a FIXED place of business within the City of Stockton.

Fee is calculated based on 4/10 of 1 mill for each dollar of gross receipts (.0004)
