Business License Fees for
Specialty Contractors

Section 6-034.1(b) of the Stockton Municipal Code covers Specialty Contractors. This business license requires that the applicant possess a valid State of California Contractors License prior to the issuance of a City of Stockton Business License.

The fee is calculated based on 1/2 of 1 mill for each dollar of gross receipts (.0005) + a flat fee of $5.75 per month.
