Business License Fees for
Retail, Gardener, Rental, Miscellaneous, and Commercial Rental

Section 6-030 of the Stockton Municipal Code generally covers every person conducting or carrying on the business consisting of selling at retail any goods, wares and merchandise or commodities, or conducting, maintaining or carrying on any trade, occupation, calling or business at a FIXED place of business within the City of Stockton not otherwise specifically licensed by other subdivisions of this part.

The fee is calculated based on 9/10 of 1 mill for each dollar of gross receipts (.0009)

Formula:
Annual gross receipts X .0009 + $24.00 = AMOUNT DUE
