The California Department of Transportation is offering, through the California Construction Contracting Program (CCCP), free training, counseling, and resources in order to assist small businesses to successfully bid and win Caltrans and Local agency construction contracts.

Public Works Bids:

Effective September 20, 2007, the City of Stockton Public Works Department will no longer charge for plans and specifications, nor will hard copies be provided. You may download all plans and specifications and bid forms at this web site (below). If you experience difficulty in downloading/printing any of these documents, please contact any local copy center for assistance.

 

Project specific questions must be submitted in writing to the project engineer no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening date. Questions, answers, and all clarifications will be posted online no later than five (5) days prior to the bid opening date. You are responsible for reviewing the Questions/Answers/Clarifications page online prior to submitting your bid.

 

The Public Works Department will no longer mail notices to contractors.
