In September, the Commission rolls out the red carpet to honor the artist and other individuals, businesses and organizations who are instrumental in making Stockton a culturally rich community.

Nominations are sought from the community and traditional categories include STAR AWARD, PAtron Award, Volunteer Award. Recipients are honored at a spectacular ceremony, held this year at the Stockton Civic Auditorium.
