Our mission is to provide our utility customers the most efficient and effective service for water, sewer, storm water and solid waste. Our customer service staff open and close utility accounts, explain charges on utility bills, provide information on city utility services and associated special programs.
Hours
Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For your calling convenience the call volume is lighter Tuesday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
(Note:
if the first or last working day of the month falls on one of these
days, the call volume will be higher on that day).

Utility account payments may be made at City Hall (Finance Lobby -
1st Floor) or by check or credit card through the automated telephone system at (209) 937-8295.
