Administrative Services Department

Utility Service providers that provide water, gas, electric, video, or telephone service to any customer within the City limits are required to bill and remit to the City the appropriate Utility User tax.   For more information, see Stockton Municipal Code (SMC) Sec. 8-070 through 8-079.

The tax collected with the remittance form is due by the 28th day of the month following collection.
