The Administrative Services Department is responsible for providing a variety of services to other City departments and to the public, including:

Directing City financial planning efforts;
Monitoring revenues; billing, collecting, investing and disbursing all funds;
Reporting on accounting and financial activities;
Utility Billing;

Utility Users Tax;

Business License Renewal;
Reprographics (print shop);
Coordinating the City's purchasing activities;
Administering long-term debt; Landowners Information Form

City's Fiscal Policies: Land Secured, CIP Debt Financing, Investments, Addendum to Investment Policy, MUD Reserve, and General Fund Reserve;

Process business and animal licenses; and

Risk Services
