City of Stockton Online Utility Customer Service Center
You may pay your bill over the phone by calling (209) 937-8295.
Residential and commercial customers can now pay City of Stockton utility bills with MasterCard, Visa, and ATM, debit and plastic check cards that have the MasterCard or Visa symbol.
It's easy to view and pay your City of Stockton utility (water, sewer,
stormwater, and garbage) bill online!
To get started, go to the Online
Utility Customer Service Center.
The Online Utility Customer Service Center is unavailable Monday from 4am to
6am, and Tuesday - Saturday from 1am to 6am, for regular maintenance.
When you get to the Online
Utility Customer Service Center:
- If you have not accessed your account online before, you will need
to create a PIN. To do this, click on the "New User " link on the
left side of that page.
- When you return to the log in screen, you will need your Account
ID and PIN. Your Account ID is your account
number (see below). This can be entered without
the leading zeros, but you will need to include
the dash. For example: 654321-123456 would
be the proper way to enter your Account ID.
