SEC. 7-004. MILK STANDARDS:
All milk sold or distributed in the City of Stockton shall conform to the standards of the Food and Agricultural Code of the State of California and any implementing regulations for grade A pasteurized milk or certified milk, and shall be labeled accordingly, and it shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale, exchange or distribution, any milk which fails to conform to such standards.
