SEC. 5-114. SOLICITING ON PUBLIC STREETS — PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit on any public street or sidewalk, park or other public place, or in any doorway or entranceway immediately abutting thereon, within the City of Stockton, State of California, the sale of any subscription to any magazine, periodical or other publication for delivery at a subsequent time.
