LEWD OR INDECENT ACTS — PROSTITUTION, ETC.


SEC. 5-109. LEWD OR INDECENT ACTS — PROSTITUTION — UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful for any person to aid, offer or agree to commit or to commit any lewd or indecent act, or any act of prostitution.

SEC. 5-110. PROCURING OR PANDERING — UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful for any person to offer to secure or to secure another for the purpose of committing any act of prostitution, fornication, assignation or for any other lewd or indecent act with any other person.

SEC. 5-110.1. SAME:

It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or near any thoroughfare or public place for the purpose of inducing, enticing or procuring another to commit any act of lewdness, fornication or unlawful sexual intercourse.

SEC. 5-110.2. SAME:

It shall be unlawful to direct any person to any place for the purpose of committing any lewd or indecent act, or any act of prostitution or fornication.

SEC. 5-111. TRANSPORTATION — UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful to knowingly transport any person to any place where he may commit, or for the purpose of committing, any lewd or indecent act, or any act of prostitution.

SEC. 5-112. HOUSING — UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful to knowingly receive, offer or agree to receive any person into any house or building for the purpose of assignation, or for the performance of any act of lewdness or fornication, or knowingly permit any person to remain there for any such purpose.

SEC. 5-113. URINATING AND DEFECATING IN PUBLIC:

It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally urinate or defecate in any place other than an approved lavatory facility.
