VENDING MACHINES — PROHIBITED

SEC. 5-006. POSSESSION OF VENDING MACHINES — UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful for any person to have on his premises either as owner, lessee, or bailee, where the same may be operated or played by the public, any vending machine which is operated by means of coins or slugs, and which said machine pays merchandise and a premium which is not in direct proportion to the amount of money or slugs inserted therein.
