SEC. 5-002. GAMBLING GAMES HABITUES OF GAMBLING ROOMS UNLAWFUL:
It shall be unlawful for any person within the City of Stockton to become an inmate of, or visitor to, any office, room or place where any game played with cards, dice, machine or other device for money or representative of money is being conducted or carried on in violation of the provisions of Section 330 of the Penal Code or of any other statutory provisions of the State of California, or as set forth herein. Section 330 of the Penal Code of the State of California prohibits the playing of any game of faro, monte, roulette, lansquenet, rouge-et-nior, rondo, tan, fantan, stud-horse poker, seven-and-a-half, twenty-one, hokey-pokey, or any banking or percentage game played with cards, dice, or any device, for money, checks, credit, or other representative of value.

SEC. 5-002.1. DICE GAMES PLAYED FOR MONEY UNLAWFUL:
It shall be unlawful for any person to deal, play, participate in, open or carry on either as owner, employee or player, the game of craps, or any similar game with dice, for money or a representative of money in the City of Stockton.

SEC. 5-003. PROSECUTIONS UNDER PROVISIONS OF CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE:
Nothing herein authorizes the prosecution of any act or conduct which constitutes an offense under the provisions of Section 330 of the Penal Code or of any other statutory provision of the State of California.
