SEC. 4-044. SALE OF FIREARMS AND/OR AMMUNITION TO MINORS:

It shall be unlawful, in the City of Stockton, to sell firearms and/or ammunition of any kind to minors under the age of fourteen (14) years, unless accompanied by parent or guardian.
